Scottplus creates narratives & design systems for complex organisations.

Led by Nick Scott, a BAFTA and Oscar-recognised filmmaker and creative leader, Scottplus works at the intersection of brand, motion and film to help organisations turn complex ideas into clear, coherent systems across platforms.

Nick founded and led Studio Hansa for 14 years before exiting, working with organisations including Google, PayPal, BBC, Sky, Paramount+, Land Rover and Arksen. His work includes the rebrand of Ukraine’s national broadcaster (Suspilne) during the early stages of the war — delivered in collaboration with UK government partners, achieving record levels of audience trust at a moment when it mattered most.

Alongside brand work, Nick also directs film and motion for commercial campaigns, broadcast and documentary projects, bringing cinematic thinking into the way these systems are expressed in the real world.

As organisations and technologies grow more complex in the age of AI, clarity becomes a design discipline — not a communication layer.
